State law reuqires you provide a sellers disclosure and federal law requires you to supply a lead base paint disclosure. Also make sure that you are honest with any information that you supply to the buyer's lender and DO NOT get involved in any form of mortgage fraud. Again, Make sure you know what you are signing.

It seems to be that time of year when the cons come out. If you have your home listed, do not let people look at it without having the REALTOR there. People need to make appointments to see your home and they need to be with a REALTOR.

Mortgage Fraud
The state has passed a new mortgage fraud law that has teeth in it. Basically be honest on your application and you will be fine. If you have any questions, feel free to call any of our agents.

March 2012 Stats
The numbers are out for March and they are much better. We are still seeing a large number of foreclosures but they are not choking us. So if you are thinking about selling, the market seems to be getting better. Give us a call.
